I am currently going through ACL & Meniscus recovery and needed compressions. I tried a few cheaper compressions sleaves before getting my hands on Reabtec's. And I have to say out of them all Reabtec's have been the best!!! - Not just for comfort but for the job they are made to do. Fantastic bit of kit for any athlete. Bought these for my partner who had sustained a knee injury running. Everytime he tried to start back up his knee would niggle and he’d have to stop. Started to run again after a break and found my knees, quads and calves ached like mad. Yes, the compressions can be worn under loose, comfortable jeans or trousers. Each support is 2 mm thick.
Many people wear them while they sleep, but everyone is different. We therefore recommend that you consult your doctor before wearing them while you sleep.
